Haiti<\/h6>\n

Haiti is located in the island of Hispaniola, west of the Dominican Republic. Haiti is positioned east of the neighboring island of Cuba, between the Caribbean Sea and the North Atlantic Ocean. It is one of the poorest countries in the world and receives financial and military support from the UN and other foreign aid. The capital is Port-au-Prince. The official languages are Haitian Creole and French. Many Haitians attempt to immigrate to the US, Dominican Republic, and Canada to get out of poverty.
